Step 1: You tell us about your project

Fill out the quote form — it takes about two minutes. Tell us your business name, what you need (logo design, full brand identity, refresh, etc.), your city, any rough budget or timeline, and a short description of the project. The more detail you give us, the better the match.

We don’t ask for a phone number because we don’t do sales calls. Everything happens via the form and direct contact with your matched designer.

Step 2: We match you with a designer

We review every submission and match each one with a designer in our network whose skills, style, and experience fit the project. We consider:

  • Industry experience: Has this designer done work in your sector before? A restaurant branding specialist matches differently to a tradie brand specialist.
  • Style alignment: Does their portfolio reflect the aesthetic your project needs?
  • Project scope: Do they work at the budget level you’ve indicated, and do they have capacity for your timeline?
  • Location preference: Do you want someone local for in-person meetings, or are you happy to work remotely?

This happens within a few hours of you submitting the form. Most matches are made the same day.

Step 3: The designer contacts you

Your matched designer contacts you directly via email (or your preferred channel) within 24 hours. They’ll usually ask a few follow-up questions about your brief before providing a quote. Depending on the project, they may ask to jump on a quick call — but only after you’ve given them the go-ahead.

You receive the quote. Some designers provide fixed-price quotes upfront; others prefer a short discovery call first. Either way, you’re under no obligation to proceed.

Step 4 (optional): Start the project

If you like the designer and the quote works for you, accept and start the project. From that point on, we’re completely out of the picture — you work directly with the designer, they invoice you directly, and you own all final brand assets outright.

If the match isn’t right, let us know and we’ll find you another designer. Our goal is to get you connected with someone who can actually help, not just make the introduction and disappear.

Why is the service free?

We’re compensated by designers in our network when introductions lead to projects — you pay nothing to us, ever. This means we only earn when you’re successfully matched with someone who can help, which aligns our incentives with yours.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

That’s normal. Most business owners don’t know the difference between a logo project and a full brand identity project, and they shouldn’t have to.
